Complex platform. Digestible story.
A redesigned website that tells the Alquimia story visually, fades the platform's complexity into digestible pieces without dumbing it down, and lives on a Webflow foundation your team updates without pulling engineers off the product.
What we heard from you.
Based on our conversations, this is our understanding of where Alquimia stands today and where you want to go. If we got anything wrong, tell us. This is the foundation the whole proposal is built on.
Challenges today
- Wordy, AI-generated copy; visitors read instead of understand
- Messaging lands either too technical or too generic
- Little visual storytelling: no product visuals, illustrations or videos
- Brand book exists, but no engine turns it into new assets
Where you want to go
- Complexity faded in, not dumbed down
- More graphical storytelling, less text per section
- A clear information flow from platform to proof to contact
- A site your engineers do not have to build or maintain
Our track record.
What's included.
Wireframes
- Low-fidelity wireframes in Figma for up to 10 unique pages: homepage, Agentic Platform, How the Platform works, Sizing, Vision, How Vision works, Company, the Insights hub, and CMS templates for solution pages and insight articles
- Information flow per page: what each section must communicate, in what order, and where a visual replaces a paragraph. This is the brief your team writes the shorter copy against
- Notes on functionality (e.g. CTA behavior, scroll sections, the sizing configurator)
- Wireframes provided in view-only Figma link
Web design
- Final UI designs in Figma for up to 10 unique pages, the same set as the wireframes
- Homepage design directions first, then rollout to all pages
- Responsive designs for desktop and mobile
- Built on your existing brand book: fonts, colors and tone stay, we translate them into a web design system that produces new pages without reinventing the look
- Design components system (e.g. buttons, form fields, navigation, cards)
- Visual storytelling components: architecture and layer diagrams, deployment matrix, proof points, industry grid and slots for product visuals, so the story is carried by visuals instead of text
- Hover, focus, and active states for key UI elements
- Organized and labeled Figma file for seamless handoff to development
Webflow development
- Fully developed Webflow website based on the final approved designs
- Responsive implementation for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- CMS collections for insights and solution pages, set up with sample items, editable by your team without a developer
- Current URL structure kept; 301 redirects for any renamed page set up during development
- Global styles and classes for scalable design system
- Component library for easy reuse by the marketing team
- UX animations (e.g. hover effects, page transition)
- On-page SEO & AEO structure (titles, meta descriptions, alt-tags, heading structure, schema markup, llms.txt)
- GDPR compliant cookie banner implementation
Quality assurance & launch support
- Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Responsive testing on key breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Functionality checks (e.g. forms, buttons, animations, CMS items)
- SEO basics verified (meta tags, alt-texts, semantic heading structure)
- Domain setup guidance and DNS record configuration support
- Webflow Optimize & Analyse integration
- Support during go-live window
Post-launch support
- 10 hours of free post-launch support to address items that were out of scope, available for 21 days after launch
- Assistance with onboarding your team to Webflow Editor & CMS
Not included
- Copywriting: Alquimia writes the copy along the wireframes' information flow, shorter and more visual than today, and provides it before the design of each page
- Content entry into the CMS (the 8 insight articles and the solution page): Alquimia's team, once magier has set up the collections with sample items
- Content and SEO migration: not needed, the current URL structure stays. Renamed pages get 301 redirects during development
- Product visuals, illustrations and product videos: available as add-ons below; the wireframes define where they go
- Ongoing social and marketing assets (feature announcements, white papers, blog visuals): covered by the design subscription at 2.750 EUR per month, cancel monthly. It can run in parallel to this project
- Building the site on another stack: this offer assumes Webflow. If you keep building with your own agents, wireframes and web design stand on their own and the development line drops
- Third-party costs: Webflow hosting plan, domains, paid integrations, billed directly by the provider
- Configuration inside external tools (CRM, cal.com, etc.): embeds are provided by Alquimia

How we work.
8 weeks from kickoff to launch.
Each bar is a phase. Wireframes come first so your team writes the new, shorter copy against them while design starts. Development begins once design is approved. Assuming kickoff on 5 October (CW41), the site goes live at the end of November (CW48).
Your investment.
Indicative pricing based on the requirements we understood so far. Let's discuss your questions and feedback in detail. The scope above is covered in full; anything beyond gets flagged and aligned before work starts.

What we're counting on from your side.
The working assumptions the price and timeline are built on.
Onboarding & project kickoff
- Alquimia completes all assigned onboarding materials (briefing documents, brand discovery questionnaires) before project kickoff
- Alquimia provides all required assets (logos, brand guidelines, content, imagery, access credentials) before project kickoff
- Alquimia writes the copy along the approved wireframes and delivers it before the design of each page
- Alquimia provides meta tags and descriptions before development starts
Content & asset delivery
- Alquimia adds the insight articles and solution content to the Webflow CMS once magier has set up the collections with sample items
- Images compressed to less than 1MB; videos as mp4 or links to mp4 files hosted on the client's own server
- All content delivered (copy, images, videos) must be final and approved by the client prior to delivery
Feedback & communication
- Deliverables (wireframes, designs, staging links) are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt, unless otherwise agreed
- All feedback is consolidated and communicated via the designated channel (Figma, Outlign or BugHerd); feedback outside of it cannot be taken into calculation
Access & responsibilities
- Alquimia ensures timely access to all necessary third-party platforms (Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma) and remains responsible for related costs and terms
- Alquimia secures all legal approvals and compliance checks (data protection, imprint, terms of use) before go-live
- If key stakeholders are unavailable for a prolonged period, the client notifies magier in advance and appoints a temporary point of contact
- No custom code or integrations beyond the explicitly listed scope
Iterations & additional work
- Each deliverable (design directions, moodboards, a batch of 3 to 5 subpages) includes up to two feedback and revision rounds
- An iteration is a round in which the client reviews and gives feedback on a deliverable or stage of a phase
- 10% of the total price is reserved for post-launch adjustments: revisiting an approved deliverable goes on the post-launch list and is handled from these reserved hours after go-live. This keeps the project on schedule and does not apply to new deliverables
- Additional iterations beyond scope: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
- Out-of-scope change requests: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
What clients say when we're not in the room.
As a VC-backed startup growing fast, we didn't have time for a six-month project. We needed someone fast, and magier proved they could deliver. Their Webflow expertise and past work impressed us, and in the end, we were super happy with the outcome. Magier was always on the project together with us - we felt like they were part of our team. I've never seen that in other agencies. They were fast, bold, and innovative. I would totally recommend them.
Working with Magier feels like having an entire design and web team plugged directly into our marketing engine. They move fast, they think with us, and they enabled us to execute ideas we simply didn't have the resources for before.
We partnered with Magier to relaunch our entire CI and website, and the experience was outstanding. The team delivered excellent work - communication and execution exceeded our expectations. If you want a website that stands apart with a uniquely creative interpretation of your CI, Magier is the partner to choose. Big thanks to the whole team! :)
I used maybe 5-6 other design/webflow agencies before finding Magier. All the usual ones you get FB ads for... I think I found Magier through my Y-combinator network... been super impressed with the quality of the design and Webflow development. Like, they've been able to do everything I threw at them. Also, they've worked well alongside our SEO agency and even provided many unsolicited speed improvements etc. Can't recommend them enough.
After our rebranding, we needed a partner to help us build a new website in Webflow - and Magier stepped in seamlessly. From day one, they were committed, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, tackling every challenge we faced with ease. Communication was always smooth and effortless, making the entire process stress-free. Thanks to their dedication, we launched our brand-new website on schedule, despite a tight deadline. It was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend the Magier team!
What a great pleasure it is to work with the design team at magier!! The team is very talented and customer focussed. From the moment you start working with them, it feels like a partner who is focussed at solving your problems. Their support post delivery was fantastic - helping quickly resolve any small issue that came up or in some cases doing some quick design revisions based on user feedback. In summary, if you are looking for a long term partner who keep you first, look no further!
